I know we already talked about it a little but here are more answers!
Not sure if you use it on your clients. The directions said to 'use to 2-3 times daily for 2 weeks then when ever needed' so im assuming it's for long use instead of instant relief. However, i will say the sharp pain was relieved when i use it but it could simply be from the massaging action. I bought it at Walgreens ($18). My right shoulder has been killer for some time now so in about a week ill give you the status on it's progress.
